Points Tested Stream

This visa enables skilled invited professionals to live and work permanently anywhere in Australia. Skilled independent visa (Subclass 189), you do not need a nominator or sponsor and must be invited to apply. Age criteria is under 45 years old. You need to meet a minimum score of 65 to submit the expression of interest (EOI).

New Zealand Stream

This visa enables qualified New Zealand passport holders to live and work permanently in Australia if they have shown a commitment to and service to that country. You need to be in possession of a New Zealand Special Category (subclass 444) visa. You must have spent the previous five years or more residing in Australia.

Hong Kong & UK Stream

With this visa, qualifying Hong Kong or British passport holders who have shown a commitment to Australia are permitted to live and work there permanently. You must be a UK (Overseas), or a Hong Kong passport citizen. Certain requirements for visas and residency must be met.

This visa allows nominated skilled workers to work and live in Australia as permanent residents. Additionally, you can study anywhere in Australia with this visa and sponsor approved members of your family for permanent residency. To obtain this visa you are required to:

  • Have an appropriate skills assessment for the job

Provisional visa, Subclass 491 is a visa for qualified individuals or skilled workers chosen by a state or territory government to reside and work in regional Australia.

This visa allows you to live, study, and work in designated regional Australia for 5 years and travel to and from the country as you wish. You will be eligible to apply for permanent residence after 3 years from the date your visa has been granted.
